About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, networking, and evaluating candidates to ensure a strong workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Develop and post job advertisements across various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Source candidates through databases, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and databases.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases/ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring / campus recruitment (if applicable).
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
