Qualification:
Diploma / Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Hardware & Networking certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance and hardware upgrades.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and other components.
Provide support for operating system installation and basic software setup.
Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and repairs.
Support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, assembling, and disassembling.
Understanding of BIOS, drivers, and hardware compatibility.
Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, IP, switches, routers).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and willingness to learn.
