Job Title: HR Supervisor
Location: Dahod, Gujarat
Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Supervisor to oversee HR administration and attendance management at our Dahod location. The role involves handling day-to-day HR admin tasks, monitoring attendance systems, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise attendance management system (biometric/manual).
Track absenteeism, shift schedules, overtime, and late reporting.
Maintain employee leave records and prepare monthly attendance summaries.
Coordinate with payroll team by providing accurate attendance data.
Handle HR admin activities such as maintaining employee files, ID cards, joining & exit formalities.
Manage office administration (stationery, visitor records, travel coordination, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support employee grievance handling related to attendance/admin issues.
Prepare and circulate HR-related MIS reports.
Liaise with local authorities/vendors for admin-related requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR Admin & Attendance management (plant/manufacturing preferred).
Knowledge of biometric attendance systems and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good understanding of labor law compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
