We are seeking an experienced Vocational Trainer - Beauty & Wellness r to join our team. The trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for aspiring beauty professionals. The goal is to equip trainees with the technical skills, knowledge, and practices required for a successful career in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct hands-on training sessions on beauty treatments, including:
- Skincare and facials
- Haircare and styling
- Makeup and special effects makeup
- Nail care and nail art
- Teach trainees how to use essential tools and equipment, such as:
- Beauty machines and devices
- Makeup and skincare products
- Hair styling tools and equipment
Ø Develop and deliver training modules on beauty topics, including:
Ø Sanitation and hygiene practices
Ø Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
Ø Maintain accurate records and ensure training adheres to industry standards
Ø Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training is relevant and effective
Ø Develop and implement assessments to evaluate trainee learning outcomes
Ø Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees in developing their skills and knowledge
Ø Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in beauty and wellness
Ø Excellent communication and instructional skills
Ø Strong knowledge of beauty principles and practices
Qualification
Ø Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/Beauty Culture from recognized Institution
Experience
Ø Minimum 3 year working experience in the beauty profession
Age
Ø Age 18 to 37yr
