Key Responsibilities:

• Design & implement MIS for core functions (sales, operations, inventory, finance) with clear data flows and governance.
• Build dashboards & reports (daily/weekly/monthly) using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; standardize templates and automate refreshes.
• Automate workflows with Google Apps Script (custom functions, triggers, email/slack alerts, form-handling, data cleaning, API pulls where applicable).
• Ensure data quality: validation rules, de-duplication, audit logs, version control, and documentation.
• Drive analysis: variance, trend, and cohort analysis; create actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder collaboration: gather requirements, translate into technical specs, deliver on timelines, and train end-users.
• SOPs & documentation: maintain data dictionaries, process notes, and user guides for all MIS assets.
• Ad-hoc reporting for leadership with quick turnaround and high accuracy.
