Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
● Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
● Maintain good customer relations by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
● Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
● Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
