We are seeking an experienced Vocational Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating vocational training programs, ensuring effective delivery and outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate and manage vocational training programs
Ø Ensure effective delivery and outcomes of training programs
Ø Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness
Ø Identify and address training needs and gaps
Ø Develop and implement strategies for program improvement
Ø Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
Ø Design and develop training plans and curricula
Ø Facilitate communication between training providers, employers, and trainees
Ø Track and report on program outcomes and metrics
Ø Develop and manage budgets and resources for training programs
Ø Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Ø Coordinate with the state department team for the implementation of project activities at the district level
Ø Supervise and monitor daily field operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Ø Serve as a point of contact between the field team and senior management
Ø Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports on project progress and field activities
Ø Address operational challenges and escalate issues to the concerned authorities when needed
Ø Support capacity-building initiatives and facilitate training and orientation for field staff
Ø Ensure compliance with project guidelines and organizational policies
Qualification
Ø Master's Degree in a related domain, Rural Development, Management, MSW, Sociology, or equivalent
Experience
Ø Minimum 3 years of work experience post-qualification
Ø Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to skill and entrepreneurship development, education sector, or related fields
Ø Age
18 to 45yr
