Key Responsibilities:
Ø Train Trainees/Students on providing quality patient care and support
Ø Develop and deliver training programs on patient care, hygiene, and safety
Ø Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations
Ø Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
Ø Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure training is relevant and effective
Ø Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation
Ø Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Ø Provide guidance on infection control and prevention measures
Ø Teach trainees how to use medical equipment and technology
Ø Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Ø Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in patient care
Ø Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
Ø Monitor and report on training program outcomes and metrics
Ø Identify and address knowledge gaps in trainees
Ø Develop and implement competency-based training programs
Ø Strong knowledge of patient care and nursing practices
Ø Excellent communication and instructional skills

Qualification
Ø B.Sc. Nursing and Midwifery / Midwifery ( 4 Yr )
Ø Diploma in GNM (3½ yr )
