Location: Hi-tech City (3 Months Training in Begumpet and work location will be in Hi-Tech city), Pocharam
Transport: 2 Way Cab Facility only if candidate resides within 35 KMS radius.
Duties and Responsibilities
Should also be familiar with voice process, so that employee should outcall the customer whenever required or attend the calls from the customers.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions 6 Days Working 1 Rotational week off & Day Rotational Shift (8 AM to 8 PM).
