Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our growing team. This role requires excellent communication skills in English along with proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries effectively, deliver high-quality support, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently in English, Tamil, and Malayalam to support diverse customers.
- Maintain and update customer interaction details in the CRM system.
- Work in rotational shifts and adhere to company policies, attendance, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass and above.
- Skills: Excellent communication in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 day rotational off.
