Having discussion with Management team on regular intervals and distribute work accordingly within team members
Bridging the gap between Management and team
Identify and build relationships with suppliers, Mills and customers.
Monitor Global and domestic steel market trends, pricing, demand -supply dynamics.
negociate contracts , pricing and trade terms and conditions with supplier and customer.
Prepare forecasts, Sales reports, and Market analysis for management.
Manage inventory levels, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
