Responsibilities:-
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and register
Manage incoming/outgoing visitor register
Monitor office access to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
Handle filing, photocopying, and document organization
Checking office cleanliness and inform Office boy if not done
Ordering office Stationery and Pantry items and maintaining data on monthly basis
Ensure all office facilities are in proper working condition
Managining and coordinating driver’s and office boy
Managining and coordinating with Office Building facility team
Managining and coordination for hotel bookings with management for corporate rates
Managining and coordination for filight bookings
Support other teams / sections with basic clerical tasks
Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth functioning of the office
