Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area.
Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with a customer service-oriented approach.
