Age Criteria: 18-25years
Job Summary: We are seeking fresh and passionate individuals to join our culinary team as Apprentice Commis III. This entry-level apprenticeship is designed for those looking to start a career in food preparation and kitchen operations. Apprentices will receive hands-on training in basic cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen discipline under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning.
2. Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes as per standard recipes.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food prep areas.
4. Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
5. Help with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and inventory.
6. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
7. Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures and kitchen etiquette.
8. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10th Pass as per Naps Guidelines
Experience: No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.
Language Preference: - - For Hyderabad Airport: Basic understanding of Telugu & Hindi preferred.
Other Requirements: - Interest in cooking and food preparation. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
