Role:- Sales Manager

Position:- Deputy Manager / Manager

 Key Responsibilities:

 Achieve sale numbers & market shares as per the business plan.

 Carry out Sales promotion activities to increase awareness, penetration, generate enquiries and sales.

 Manage team of DSEs and ensure good quality & nos. of enquiries are generated by them and desired levels of productivity in terms of sale nos. per DSE are achieved.

 Relationship building with customers, financiers and other key players in the market.

 Ensure compliance with company processes & adhere to various standards set by the company.

 Ensure Transparent Transaction with Customer and Stake holders

 Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Required Profile:

 Engineering graduate/ MBA with 5-7 years of relevant Commercial Vehicles/ Automobiles sales experience. Full time graduate with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience may also apply.

 Aggressive, out - going, result oriented person.

 Good people manager.

 Good team player.
