Godrej Agrovet Ltd is looking for female Diploma holders in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for trainee positions in the Maintenance or Production departments.
This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, technical operations, and plant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise production activities on the shop floor
2. Conduct final product quality checks
3. Support machine operators during shifts
4. Assist in basic maintenance tasks
5. Contribute to achieving daily production targets.
Note: High-performing candidates may be considered for permanent roles after completion of the training period.
