Role: Framing & JB Fixing Technician

Location: Udham singh nagar, Rudrapur

Experience: 1-2 years

Mandatory Requisite: Prior experience of 1-2 years in Framming + JB fixing

Preferred Industry: Solar(Mandatory)

Preferred Organization / Company: Any Solar module manufacturing

Education Required: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent

Role & Responsibility:

Framing - Framing is the process of attaching aluminum frames to the edges of a laminated solar panel.

JB Fixing - JB Fixing is the process of mounting the junction box on the back sheet of the panel and connecting the cell strings to the box terminals

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate framing of laminated solar panels using aluminum profiles, sealants, and corner keys.
• Conduct JB fixing on the back sheet, including silicone application, alignment, and curing.
• Carry out electrical soldering/welding of solar cell strings to JB terminals.
• Ensure proper sealing, positioning, and mechanical stability of the frame and junction box.
• Inspect and report any mechanical defects, poor adhesion, or soldering issues.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and record daily production data.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in solar module manufacturing (preferred).
• Knowledge of JB components, sealants, and framing tools.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow SOPs.
