Experience: 1-2 years
Mandatory Requisite: Prior experience of 1-2 years in Back Eva & Back sheet
Preferred Industry: Solar(Mandatory)
Preferred Organization / Company: Any Solar module manufacturing
Education Required: 12th Pass, Diploma/ITI
Role & Responsibility:
Back EVA - A soft, adhesive layer used to encapsulate solar cells from the back side (beneath the cells). It is thermally bonded during lamination to keep cells in place and protect them.
Back Sheet - The outermost rear layer of a solar panel, usually made of multi-layered polymer material. It is the last protective layer on the back side of the module, visible externally
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately place and align Back EVA and Back sheet layers during module lay-up.
- Inspect EVA and back sheet rolls for surface defects, wrinkles, or damage before use.
- Ensure clean, dust-free application to avoid lamination defects.
- Coordinate with stringing and framing teams to maintain process flow and takt time.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- ITI/Diploma or 10+2 with experience in solar module production.
- Knowledge of EVA/back sheet material properties and basic QC techniques.
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and handle materials with care.
- Understanding of solar module layer structure and lamination process.
