Role Overview:
Responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices related to railway
coach refurbishment projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual
terms.
Key Responsibilities:
 Generate and submit client bills as per contract and project milestones.
 Track receivables and coordinate with clients for timely payments.
 Verify billing inputs from the site team and reconcile work done with BOQ.
 Maintain billing records and update internal systems.
 Liaise with the finance team to track collections and update cash flow
forecasts.
 Prepare & maintain Indian Railway Shramik Kalyan Portal
Requirements:
 Graduate in Commerce or related field.
 Good knowledge of billing processes and taxation (GST, TDS).
 Proficient in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.
 Exposure to infrastructure/railway projects preferred.
