Key roles and responsibility
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and onboard personnel in Commercial Vehicle retail segment having roles in Sales, Customer Service and Spares parts functions.
- Payroll: Manage attendance, payroll inputs and grievances related to it.
- Talent engagement: Identify and create talent pipeline internally, organize R&R program, engagement and fun activities and improve Employee Satisfaction Score.
- PMS: Track the performance of employees in a manner that is consistent and measurable.
- Knowledge about ESIC and PF.
- OSH: Ensure Safety, Health, Welfare, Clean and Hygienic working environment.
- Query management.
Qualification and Experience
- MBA in Human Resource Management/Graduation in Personnel Management.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Good communication skills (If you know local language it will be a bonus point).
- Proactive, responsive, open to new challenges.
