Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Implementation
Plan, execute, and monitor Skill Development initiatives, including DDUGKY and other government-led programs.
Drive student mobilization efforts and guide them in selecting appropriate trades based on profiling and aptitude.
Ensure strict adherence to project guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with government bodies, ITIs, schools, colleges, Employment Exchanges, public representatives, and local administration.
Educate and engage stakeholders on the benefits of skill development, employability programs, and Vision India’s offerings.
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of trainers delivering both physical and virtual training via Vision India’s E-Skilling platform.
Offer continuous support, performance management, and professional development guidance to team members.
Placement Coordination
Rural BPO Setup
Oversee planning and operationalization of a Rural BPO at the training centre.
Coordinate infrastructure setup, team deployment, and day-to-day operations.
Profit & Loss Management
Ensure efficient and profitable operations of the Skill Development Centre.
Monitor budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
MIS & Reporting
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5–8 years in Skill Development project management (DDUGKY experience preferred)
Skills: Project management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, P&L management, reporting & MIS proficiency
Tools: Familiarity with government portals (Kaushal Bharat, SIP, etc.), Excel, and MIS software
