Key Responsibilities
• Record live video content using our in-house DSLR setup - interviews, job fairs, office footage, partner stories
• Edit videos for social media, training, internal communication, and employer branding
• Add clean transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, intros/outros, music, and brand overlays
• Create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to bring stories to life
• Organize and archive raw and edited content for future use
Must have skills
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to create platform-optimized, mobile-first edits (fast-paced, vertical)
• Know how to repurpose long-form content into short reels
• Add hooks, captions, and call-to-actions for engagement
• Comfortable with multi-cam editing, audio syncing, and subtitling
• Basic knowledge of motion design (lower thirds, transitions, overlays)
• Ability to shoot with DSLR, frame shots, and manage simple lighting/audio setups
Good to have
• Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails and cover visuals
• Experience with employer branding, e-skilling, or CSR video formats
• Familiarity with scripting or voiceover guidance

We’re looking for a Full-Time Video Editor & Content Creator to join our in-house creative team at Vision India. If you're someone who loves combining storytelling with clean, engaging edits and can record on-ground content when needed this role gives you the creative runway to do just that. You’ll be working across our core creating high-impact content that educates, promotes, and inspires.
