The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 10 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment across diverse industries and functions. This role involves strategic hiring, stakeholder management, talent pipeline development, and driving recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
a. End-to-End Recruitment:
i. Manage full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates.
ii. Use multiple sourcing channels – job boards, social media, referrals, internal database, and headhunting.
b. Stakeholder Management:
i. Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
ii. Act as a recruitment advisor by offering insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
c. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding:
i. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
ii. Partner with the marketing/HR branding team to strengthen employer branding through events, campaigns, and digital presence
d. Process Improvement:
i. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
ii. Implement recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and metrics to improve hiring quality and speed
e. Reporting & Analytics:
i. Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and reports to leadership.
ii. Track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and other KPIs
f. Compliance and Documentation:
i. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
ii. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reporting.
V. Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools
• Expertise in hiring for mid to senior-level positions across verticals
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and roles simultaneously
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment CRMs (e.g., Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse)
• Analytical mindset with understanding of hiring metrics and reporting
• Exposure to talent branding and campus hiring (preferred)
VI. Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
