Roles & Responsibilities:
We need a dynamic Telemarketing Executive in real estate who can focuses on generating and qualifying leads through phone calls. They initiate outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries, gathering essential information to assess client needs and preferences.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Making calls to identify and assess potential buyers or sellers, determining their interest and suitability.
- Client Engagement: Providing detailed information about properties, explaining features and benefits, and addressing client questions and objections. They build rapport and nurture relationships to keep leads engaged.
- Sales Support: Scheduling property visits for the sales team, guiding leads through the initial sales funnel, and consistently aiming to meet lead generation and appointment setting targets.
- Data Management: Accurately logging all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system and providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
