Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Asset Design: Design visually compelling and high-quality creatives for social media platforms, websites, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns, aligned with the campaign’s visual language and objectives.
2. UI/UX Mockup Creation: Develop clean and user-friendly layouts or UI mockups using Figma, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
3. Visual Refinement: Edit and enhance graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to ensure precision, clarity, and professional finish across all design assets.
4. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all visual communication to ensure a cohesive and recognizable identity across touchpoints.
5. Basic Motion Graphics Support: Occasionally assist in creating simple motion graphics or video elements using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Rush to elevate digital storytelling.
6. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with content writers, video editors, and campaign strategists to translate ideas into impactful visual designs.
7. Platform Optimization: Customize visuals to suit different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), adhering to best practices for dimensions, formats, and engagement styles.
8. Design Trend Integration: Stay current with emerging design trends, political design language, and platform-specific aesthetic shifts to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
9. Quality Control: Review all design outputs for accuracy, alignment with campaign messaging, and visual consistency before publication.
10. Feedback Integration: Actively incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to continuously improve design outcomes and creative impact.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Language Proficiency: Proficient in Malayalam and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with hands-on experience in creating high-quality visual assets.
3. Visual Design Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity principles, ensuring consistency and visual appeal across all designs.
4. Platform-Specific Design Experience: Proven experience in designing graphics for various digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.

Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field is preferred. This educational background provides a solid foundation in communication and political understanding.
2. Specialization or Coursework: Candidates with specialization or coursework in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, or Political Communication would be advantageous.
3. Preferred experience: 1–3 years in Graphic Designing, strategy, and multi-channel campaign management.
4. Language Proficiency: Read / Write / Speak fluency in Malayalam and English is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong command of both written and verbal communication.

- Preference shall be given to candidates having own Laptop & bringing the same to work. The prescribed asset specification is MacBook Air, 15 Inch, M4, 2025 / Mac Studio M4 Max, 2025.
