JOB PURPOSE: To impart technical knowledge, skill, and best application practises through onsite training & Sampling, guiding the applicator team to the right way of usage and suggestions of the products. Assisting customers' needs through site visits and meetings & Complaint handling site level service.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EXPECTED END RESULTS-
Onsite trainings - Training and imparting hands-on application skills to applicators team, to ensure correct application practises are followed.
Site supervision of key accounts - To make system recommendation is followed as per specification and controlling coverages, QA /QC at site.
Onsite Sampliing - To demonstrate the product usage at site level to prove the products performance by hands on demo
Complaint Handling - To evaluate the complaint in terms of applications error and system recommendations.
4.MAJOR CHALLENGES
1 Frequent site visits, two or three site in a day
2 Travel within city or outstation.
3 Ability to convince the clients professionally.
4 Ability to handle complaints ethically
5.KEY DECISIONS: Able to use the knowledge to convert the leads and handle critical site by providing on spot solutions. Successful on-site sampling, testings and trainings,
6. DIMENSIONS: • Onsite trainings: No of trainings conducted successfully, Complaint Handling: No of successful complaints handled. On site sampling: Successful sampling converted to sales.
