Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Keep records of customer transactions
Providing customers with information relating to exchanges, refunds, discounts, coupons or other offers related to their store account activities

Achieves set Sales target
Record ROS (Rate of Sale) on a daily basis
Conversions

Adherence to Retail Standards

Timely display of received stocks
Responsible for Size cubing and stickering of his section
Ensure Merchandise has bar-codes
Responsible for Upkeep of section
Ensure Carton free floor
Ensure implementation of plan-o-gram
Maintain Display standards
