We are looking for a Creative Designer with strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for design innovation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in graphic design, social media creatives, branding materials, web design, and video editing (including reels and short-form content). You'll work closely with the marketing and digital teams to conceptualize, create, and deliver impactful visual content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- · Design compelling and brand-consistent creatives for:
o Social media posts, ads, and stories
o Website graphics, UI concepts, and landing pages
o Offline marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and banners
- · Develop innovative brand visuals for campaigns and product launches
- · Edit videos and create engaging reels, shorts, and promo videos
- · Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams for creative execution
- · Manage and maintain brand visual guidelines across all design outputs
- · Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas based on campaign goals and audience insights
- · Ensure timely delivery of all design assets with attention to quality and detail
Required Skills
- · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- · Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in both static and video design
- · Experience with video editing, animation, and social media reel creation
- · Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- · Understanding of design trends, branding principles, and UX fundamentals
- · Experience in agency, digital media, or in-house design team is preferred
- · Photography and content creation skills
- · Basic HTML/CSS for web design collaboration
- · Ability to work on multiple projects with fast turnarounds
Qualifications & Experience:
- · Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
- · 2–6 years of relevant professional experience in a similar creative role
