Management:
- Shoop floor management
- Manpower handling
- Work allocation
- Training and evaluation
- Follow-up
Reports:
- SIM report
- Production report, OEE, MDR.
- Daily check list
- Monitoring of quality report
Production:
- Material handling with safety
- PLC & SCADA operation knowledge
- Operate with in cycle time
- Jigging & un-jigging monitoring
- Output quality monitoring
- Material tracking (In and out)
- Follow check list
- Proper communication to other shift supervisor.
