1. Carpentry & Fixture Maintenance:

• Fixing laminates and edge bending.
• Tightening and realigning shelves.
• Repairing store furniture, including sofas, seats, and chairs (excluding upholstery changes).
• Fixing drawer locks and sliding channels.

2. Fixture & Branding Alignment:

• Securing loose shelves and realigning branding (without design changes).
• Fixing lighting issues and dusting store fixtures.

3. Electrical Maintenance:

• Aligning electrical wiring and repairing minor wire breaks.
• Repairing store lighting (excluding major electrical installations).

4. Cleaning & Upkeep:

• Dusting counters, furniture, and visibly dirty branding materials.
• Cleaning sensors and maintaining store appearance.

5. ACP Façade Maintenance:

• Filling silicon gaps and straightening bent ACP panels.
• Spot cleaning the ACP façade.

6. General Store Maintenance:

• Tightening stacking racks.
• Greasing store shutters if required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, carpentry, or electrical work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and repair equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to store upkeep.
• Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical ITI diploma or certification in carpentry, electrical work, or maintenance services.
• Previous 6 month – 02 years of experience (maximum) in hospitality, retail or commercial maintenance role.
