Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure purchase materials in a timely manner and at the lowest cost.
• To ensure completeness and accuracy in RFQs, comparative statements, purchase proposals, purchase orders and justification sheet before release of Purchase order.
• To analyze supplier’s performance periodically w.r.t. quality & delivery and communicate to concerned suppliers for improvement.
• To ensure zero rejection of purchase materials. 
• To develop reliable and effective supply sources.
• To manage procurement staff in a coherent and effective manner.
• To maintain effective working relationship with users, subordinates, seniors and suppliers.
• To ensure on time rate approval for different contractual services from Supply chain and issuance of service contracts.
•  Adherence of company's purchase policy/ SOP.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Procurement process right from the indent to receipt of material from Supplier.
• Knowledge of materials to procure (Equipment/ Spares & Consumables)
