Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing distribution channel and creating best of the infra for the optimising revenue from the channel.
- Increasing the acquisition of new retail partners.
- Increasing the acquisition of new distributors/key accounts.
- New product launch and marketing/branding on ground.
- Optimising customer satisfaction on service experiences.
- New channel expansion.
- Drive planned activations throughout the month.
- Implement the retail marketing plans as suggested by marketing team.
- Addressing & providing 100% service issues within prescribed timeline.
- 2-6 years of professional work experience.
- Previous experience in driving sales within the same channel or from a similar industry.
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to build strong partnerships with business partners & internal stakeholders.
- Strong connect and network within the industry.
- 1 -1.5 Years of exp. in electrical background preferred.
