Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Sales & Lead Generation

   • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to introduce and promote company products/services within assigned territories.
   • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive sales through on-the-spot presentations and persuasive communication.
   • Maintain a structured daily schedule to cover maximum territory effectively, track leads, and follow up on prospective clients.
2. Customer Cold Calling 

3. Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment

   • Engage clients with a professional, approachable demeanor, and actively listen to their needs, pain points, and interests.
   • Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of products/services, ensuring clients understand how offerings meet their specific needs.

4. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

   • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues or inquiries, and reinforce product value.
   • Build long-term relationships by keeping in touch with clients and gathering feedback to enhance future sales and service experiences.
   • Proactively address and resolve any concerns, complaints, or issues clients may have, ensuring their expectations are met.

5. Reporting & Documentation

   • Document daily sales activities, leads, client interactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
   • Provide weekly reports and updates to the sales manager on target achievement, client responses, and market insights.
   • Track and document any client-specific requirements or service requests and communicate these needs to relevant teams.

6. Market Research & Insights

   • Gather insights on competitor offerings, market trends, and client preferences, sharing findings with the sales and marketing teams.
   • Use knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis to adapt sales approaches and enhance sales pitches.
