I. Job Responsibilities:
- Time & Attendance Management; - Hands-On experience & Knowledge in Time recording systems and reporting analytics & Data management.
- Payroll Processing Activities.
- Contract Labour Management support - Hiring coordination in T&A tool, on-boarding, Invoice processing procedures and compliance checks.
- HRIS-Headcount Reporting
- Experience in Handling of internal and external Audits in HR operations domain processes (T&A, Leave, Wages & payroll, On-boarding and off-boarding)
- Health Insurance, Factory Compliance
- Factory Orientation program, co-ordination with HRBP/dept Hod’s.
- Supporting on HR operation on day-to-day activities.
- Passionate about employee and stake holders’ engagement initiatives in a factory HR function.
Note : Min 3-6 yrs of Hands-on experience in a Manufacturing HR Domain.
