Job Summary:
The Mass Connect Manager is responsible for overseeing the tele recruitment team, which is primarily remotely located and part of our Rural BPO initiative. This role ensures the smooth operation of the JustJob helpline by assigning jobs to tele recruiters, monitoring their productivity, and managing incentives. Additionally, the Mass Connect Manager will ensure that all incoming calls are handled efficiently and that job applications are properly screened. The role also includes preparing dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assigning Jobs to Tele Recruiters:
- Allocate job vacancies to tele recruiters based on their expertise and capacity.
- Ensure that tele recruiters, who are part of our Rural BPO initiative, are well-informed about the job requirements and expectations for each assignment.
2. Application Screening:
Supervise the screening process of job applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
Collaborate with tele recruiters to refine screening methods and improve the quality of candidate selection.
3. Helpline Management:
- Oversee the JustJob helpline, ensuring all incoming calls are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Ensure complete closure of all queries and issues raised through the helpline, providing top-notch customer service.
4. Dashboard & Report Preparation:
- Prepare and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics related to tele recruitment and helpline activities.
- Generate regular reports on the productivity of tele recruiters, helpline performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.
5. Productivity Tracking & Incentive Management:
- Monitor the productivity of tele recruiters to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.
- Manage the incentive program for tele recruiters, ensuring fair and motivating rewards based on performance.
