Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates for various job roles through telephonic recruitment.
Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the roles.
Coordination: Coordinate with candidates for interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
Target Achievement: Achieve a minimum of 10 onboardings/joinees per month.
Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment databases and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities.
Incentives:
Performance Bonus: For every successful joining above the minimum target of 10, receive an additional ₹500 per joining.
Example: If you achieve 25 joining in a month (1 per day), you will earn ₹14,500 (₹7,000 base stipend + ₹7,500 for 15 additional joining).
Special Incentives: Additional incentives may be announced on a case-by-case basis based on performance.
Qualifications: Graduate
Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to persuade and negotiate, and a proactive approach to recruitment.
