Trainees will also undertake initiatives to attract institutions, job seekers, and industry partners, solidifying JustJob's status as a leading recruitment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Introducing JustJob:
Deliver presentations to introduce JustJob to educational institutions and industry partners.
Highlight the platform’s features and benefits.
Facilitate onboarding and training sessions.
Establish relationships with ITI, diploma, and degree colleges.
Execute initiatives to promote JustJob to institutions, job seekers, and industry partners.
Create and distribute marketing materials.
Organize and participate in events to increase awareness.
Industry Engagement:
Build relationships with industry partners to meet their recruitment needs.
Gather feedback to continuously improve the platform.
Collaboration and Communication:
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze onboarding and promotional activities.
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Enthusiastic and proactive.
