I. Job Purpose
To manage Sales executives, and guide the team and assit them in sales, and meet customers, source enquiries, execute marketing activities, and achieve sales and market share targets across customer/ product categories in his assigned territory.
II. Job Description
Manage the sales team asisnged
Monthly Sales Volume as per target
Follow Sales Process and UDAAN Adherence
Extensive coverage of market of average 5 visits per day per month
Participate in DBOP and plan for the month
Execute activties as per plan
Maintain relationship with all stake holders like Body builders, Financiers, drivers, local mechanics, etc and generate enquiries
Maintain strong business relationship with customers and develop relationship with competition customers
Reguraly update his competence on knowledge and skill by participating in trainings
Generate reports as per requirement
Execute tasks as assinged by supervisors
Motivate the team and ensure they are retained
Source new talents from the market as per need of organisation growth
