Job Purpose:-
The Role holder will be taking caring of Operation activities like Pre - Onboarding, Coordination, Onboarding and other operational acticities in order to ensure smooth operation of the process.
Job description:-
Pre-Borading Formalities -
- Initiate the Pre-Onboarding Process in Dbox & Share the Onboarding link & Email with the candidate atleast 2 days before the joining.
- Follow - ups with the candiidates through Emails and Calls for cmpleting the Pre-boarding form in Darwinbox.
- Ensuring prior Intimation/Confirmation information to the concened recruiter & Business HR
Onboarding-
- Taking Induction
- Assign the BUHR Session and ensure the members allgined with the respective BUHR's
- Review the Pre-boarding form in Dbox of all the candidates & Approve accordingly
- Intiate the IceWarp details with IT team to create the Email Id's for L1/L2 Band
- Validating anexxures and Generating Appointment letters through Darwin & ERP
- Welcome emails etc.
BGV-
- Initiate the Cases on Authbridge Portal/Digiverifi and upload all the required documents one by one
- Weekly review call with Authbridge/Digiverifi vendor to fulfill the Insufficiency
- Tracking of all cases
- Monthly Invoice - Ensure invoice clear month on month
Documentation-
- Docuements verification of all the candidtes, ensuring the compliance
- Help Candidates to Update their Darwinbox Profile
Profile Updation In Darwin box
- Ensurig all the details filled by the employee are correct and complete
- Completing the members profile by updating the compliance details in Dbox
- Update Email Id's' of the new joiners in Dbox
- Bank Details verfications and update in Dbox
Employee Grievance-
- Handling employees Questions and Queries related to Visa Covering/ Medical Insurance/ Roles and Responsibilities/ Name Change/ Gate Pass/ Letters
Lunch & Id Cards/Joining kits
- Ensure all the candidates who comes office to handover their Id cards along with the dairies
- Ensure all the Candidates has received the joining kits.
Additional work-
- Generate IQ Test and according share the result with respcetive recruiters
- Share master data reports
- Share the inactive employees bank details to the finance team
- Mark leave against deduction in Dbox
- Mark leave againt ECR Deduction in Dbox every month before salary process
- Update the RM details in Dbox
- Update BUHR in Dbox etc.
