Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers in skilling industry and registered TPA under NAPS and provide information about our apprenticeship program.
2. Follow up on leads and set up appointments for further discussion 3.Generate new leads through cold calling.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
5. Update and maintain customer records in the system.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in tele calling-outbound
