Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify Skilling Partners/TPA in the allocated region and make strategy to Outreach them by different communication channels - Call, Email, and other mediums
- Collaborate with different partners to discuss and promote apprenticeship projects
- Expertise in NAPS/NATS process
- Effective communication with Skilling/TPA Partners and resolve their concern/queries in a stipulated timeline
- Create marketing campaign script and validate with concern team
- Monthly/Quarterly review and feedbacks from Partners to improve relationship and collaboration
- Capture and share data inputs regarding different skilling program status to prepare data dashboard
- Adherence to compliance and norms of defined processes
Mandatory Skills:
1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management in apprenticeship/skilling industry
