The main purpose of this position is managing alert base monitoring, video monitoring and retail processes. Maintaining 100% adherence to the process, achieving individual & process related performance

Visually monitoring 24/7 video monitoring & retail related processes
Making sure there is no miss-outs with upmost determination & focus

To detect and deter every attempted crime in the ATM, branches & retail 100% schedule adherence in rotational shift, week offs
