JOB Description-
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
· Excellent communication skills in spoken and written at least one lanugage (English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Guajarati, kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telgue).
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
· Adaptability to work in shifts and maintain a customer-centric approach.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
· Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures.
