Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹17,078 per month (including PF & ESIC)
In-Hand Salary: ₹12,816 per month
Overtime: Up to ₹2,964 for 26 days present (Total In- Hand Including OT: ₹15780)
PF Contribution: ₹3,673 per month
Quarterly Incentive: Eligible after completing 6 months of service.

Working Hours: 10.5 Hours per shift

Work in the Production Department for LED bulb manufacturing. (Sitting Work)
Assist in production and assembly-related activities.
Follow production processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.
Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
