Job Description of Sales Manager (FRONT LINE SALES PROFILE)
- Handle Sales of Life Insurance Products.
- Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for Life Insurance Products.
- Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
- Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
- Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on ongoing basis.
- Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.
Requirements for Sales Manager
- Preference Local Candidate in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
- Candidate must be graduate.
- Bike is mandatory.
- Minimum experience of 1 Years in sales, insurance sales will be given preference
- Age should not be more than 45 years
