Qualification - 10 + 2 / Graduate Fresher

Work timings - 24/7, 5 Days a week , rotational week offs

Typing - 25 WPM /80%

Language threshold - GLA > B1

Customer Service Voice - US Telecom/Internet process L1 & L2

10 + 2 + Exp Min 6months or Graduate fresher

Typing - 25 WPM /85%

Language threshold - Berlitz > LB2

Customer Service Voice - US - Ecommerce- L1 & L2

10 + 2 + Exp Min 6months or 12/Graduate fresher

Typing - 25 WPM /85%

Language threshold - Berlitz > LB2
