I. JOB PURPOSE:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. One key aspect of this role is the use of Vision India's job portal, JustJob, as the primary platform for sourcing candidates.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize Vision India's job portal, JustJob, as the primary platform for posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches using JustJob and other relevant sources including professional hiring portal, Social media & other possible sources to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and ensure they meet the specified job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in the negotiation and preparation of employment offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
III. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Any Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment
- Strong understanding of hiring processes
- Proficient on MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving quality.
