Job Description/Job Responsibilities
● Responsible for the KYC processing of new customers and onboarding
● Assess issues of potential non-compliance, provide recommendations
● Conduct KYC due diligence and perform reviews for new and exisitng customers
● Identify potential areas for improved processing and automation of manual processes across all lines of business supported by the regional KYC team.
● Responsible for some training and knowledge transferring to new and existing team members
● Responsible for processing and troubleshooting more complex requests and higher volume of completed tasks.
● Communicate status updates on requests to Business partners.
● Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel with the assigned retai partners
● Meets assigned targets for disbursals so as to keep the partners motivated.
● Conduct periodic or surprise visits to partners, spends time with them, push them, motivate them.
● Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
● Co-ordination with various back end teams for smoother process aiming maximum disbursals.
● Conduct morning / regular meetings with the team to fix up the daily plan and check /review results the next day.
● Handhold, train the new joiners to ensure early and consistent productivity.
● Take extra efforts to ensure that non-performers come up to the curve and maintain the threshold
● Managing the MIS of the territory so as to have pulse of nos readily available.
● Recruit qualifying FOSs for his team from his market references to ensure that the head count budget is met every time
