Key Responsibilities:
Managerial Responsibilities
Identifying potential customers in the branch business zone and sourcing them under the assigned product
Managing the relationship with customers to generate business leads to achieve the business target numbers on monthly basis with good customer quality
Ensure timely repayment from the customers sourced
Maintaining cordial relationship with colleagues and peers with team spirit in every action
Execution of task with complete integrity and transparency
Functional Responsibilities:
Achieving the given target within time limits with the support of BM/CM/Ops
Attending the leads, explaining about the products, procedure and benefits Addressing all queries of customers
Initial scrutiny of business of the customers, ability to repay the loan, character and integrity of the customers
Collection of documents from customers, arranging meeting with higher officials, inspection of the property being offered as collateral and facilitating valuation of the property
Facilitating legal reports with empanelled advocates and customers
Co-ordination between customers and branch officials for sanction and documentation
Ensuring creation of mortgage wherever applicable on a timely basis and with proper verification and papers to be in order with respect to the legal opinion given by the empanelled advocate
Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures
Sincere and dedicated effort to collect/ recover overdue amount from the respective clients on regular basis
Taking any additional responsibility as and when it is required with focus on deliverables
Job Requirements:
Experience - Minimum experience of 1 year in in banks/NBFC lending
Functional Competencies - Building partnerships and coordination among different stake holders such as colleagues, senior officials and customers
Ability to identify business opportunity in the given area
Ability to take action consistent with principles and goals of the organization
