Roles & responsibilities :
a. Sourcing / Mobilizing Candidates.
b. Project Coordination with ASE/ZSE.
c. Meeting with team
d. Coordination with CSRs deployed.
e. Attendance maintenance.
f. Reports on daily/weekly basis to be shared with internal and team.
g. Ensuring candidate to be assessed & certified.
h. Placement of deployed CSRs.
Other Responsibilities:
a. Sourcing / Mobilizing Candidates for various Employment / Jobs project through Job fairs/drives.
b. Market research on job seekers for 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma Candidates.
c. Interacting with the institutional heads, Public representatives & opinion makers.
Note:
Travel: Yes – For MP & CG location.
Salary: 30k-40k (In hand)
